A. Flat wedge

Corner screen panels consist of a series of parallel "V" shaped wires that are either welded or wrapped around vertical support rods. They are made of high-quality stainless steel and acid-resistant steel, which have excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. V-shaped screen with inwardly widening slots ensures easy passage of particles and reduces clogging.

Our experienced staff notches precisely down to 0.03 mm. This micron spacing provides an attractive solution for filtering, classifying, dewatering, collecting and separating solids and liquids.

Flat panels for corner screens are available in two finishes: circular and welded. They are framed or reinforced to suit the application. Common bars consist of rectangles or angles welded to the sides of the panels.
