Product Description

Metal fiber sintered felt
is made of metal fibers with a diameter of micrometers through non-woven laying, stacking and high temperature sintering.
The multi-layer metal fiber felt is composed of different pore size layers to form a pore gradient, which can be controlled to obtain extremely high filtration accuracy and a larger dirt holding capacity than a single-layer felt.

Commen material: Stainless steel 316L, Stainless steel 310S, FeCrAl, Pure nickel etc.

Standard thickness: 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm

Size: The standard size is  500x1000mm and 600x1200mm. Any other size within above size

          are available according to your requirement.

1. Large dirt holding capacity, high filtration precision, slow pressure rise and long replacement cycle;
2. It is resistant to corrosion by nitric acid, alkali, organic solvents, and medicines, and can be used for a long time at 600 °C;
