Framed Packs
Yongkun Metal could provide framed packs with desired sizes and mesh combinations against order. Single or multiple layers of woven mesh cloths are encapsulated in an aluminum binding. The rigid form of framed packs helps control the flatness of the pack, improving sealing and consistency of itself. Most of them could be used in the plastic or rubber melt filtration process and are of the highest quality. Various configurations including single or multi-layer designs, rim bound, spot-welded and raw edge are supplied.

Perforated Disc
Perforated disc is fabricated from perforated metal with precise mesh openings which is not easy for changing shapes. Perforated discs are rigid and easy to take shape to meet different filtering needs. Yongkun Metal perforated discs can be made against order and are of good quality as base or support of sieve meshes, cylinders and other filter elements.

Pleated Filter Disc
Manufactured with multiple layers of precision woven wire cloth and/or non-woven fiber metal felt, pleated filter disc is precisely stamped and processes the highest quality. Rimmed and unrimmed forms are available. The pleated rimmed filter disc provides a tight seal. The media is pleated to provide much more filtration surface area than flat screen pack.

Sintered metal filter disc can be cleaned by multiple ways thus be reused for years which makes it highly cost effective as to compared to traditional filters.
