Compressed knitted mesh - a type of multi-layer knitted wire mesh, can be made of stainless steel wire, copper wire, brass wire or nickle wire and produced by knitting machine then compressed by specialized equipment. It's easy to
assemble, clean and replace. Besides, it's abrasion and corrosion resistant. With high strength, integral rigidity and long service life, compressed knitted mesh is widely used as filter element in various fields and it's also can be used for shielding, sealing, shock absorbing and other applications.

Knitted mesh gasket
Knitted wire mesh gasket is mainly made of stainless steel wire or tinned copper steel wire and the wires are knitted by circle knitting machine to form the soft but durable knitted mesh. The knitted mesh gasket has various types and
sizes for choice. It is  commonly knitted mesh with rubber,  foam  or elastomer core, which can recover quickly after compression. Besides, it can also be all metal type for heavy duty applications. With high strength and stability, knitted mesh gaskets are widely used for gland rings, grounding buttons or magnetron seals.

Knitted mesh filter

Knitted mesh filter, including knitted wire mist eliminator and knitted mesh panel, can be made of stainless steel wire, monel wire, nickle wire or polypropylene wire. Knitted wire mist eliminator with standard or wave type is used for separating and removing the droplets ranging from 3 μm to 5 μm in the gases. Knitted wire mesh panel commonly be made into frames and supporting grilles. Knitted wire mesh filter of flat wire has larger surface than round wire, which can be used for high filtering precision applications, and knitted mesh filter of round wire is widely used for common filtration.

Our solutions to avoid breaking and creasing

How to deal with breaking?
Sometimes, the knitting needles will break during production because it can not bear long time running. And this will cause some broken zones. Generally, we will remove the broken zones and cut them into pieces according to customer's requirement. And with the customer's agreement, we may adjust the wire diameter to minimize the broken zones.
How to avoid creasing?
To avoid creasing, we package the knitted mesh roll with a paper core and then into a carton box.
