Overview

        Slotted sieve plate is a screening device with simple structure and high screening efficiency. It consists of a series of slots arranged in parallel, and each slot is a narrow channel, which can control the screening particle size according to needs.
       The principle of slotted sieve plate is to control the screening particle size by using the width and shape of slots. The narrower the slots, the finer the screening particle size. Slotted sieve plates can be designed into different specifications and shapes to meet different screening needs.
       Compared with traditional screening equipment, slotted sieve plate has the advantages of high screening efficiency, simple structure and convenient maintenance.

         
         Stainless steel slotted sieve plates (arc sieve, hydraulic curved sieve and gravity curved sieve) are directly produced by special machines. Therefore, the stress caused by cutting and flattening the slit pipe and the weakening of welding firmness are avoided (usually, the flat screen is produced by using wedge-shaped filter pipes).
       In order to meet special purposes, the flat screen can be produced by wedge-shaped wire filter tubes. It can provide a very fine structure customized by customers, and at the same time, it can also provide a high-strength flat welded sieve plate with supporting frames and/or reinforcements.
