Our Stainless Steel Wedge Wire Screen, classified as Wound Filter under the Industrial Filter Element category, is a high-performance filtration component designed for industrial fluid filtration and sand control applications. Adopting advanced wire-wrapping and full-welding technology, it is made of high-quality stainless steel materials, featuring stable filtration precision, strong corrosion resistance, and long service life, which is widely recognized by customers in global industrial fields.

The screen is constructed by wrapping V-shaped (wedge) stainless steel wires around longitudinally arranged support rods, with each intersection welded firmly to form a continuous outer-narrow-inner-wide slot structure. This unique design not only achieves precise solid-liquid separation but also has excellent self-cleaning performance-solid particles larger than the slot size are intercepted outside, while small particles are not easy to clog and can be flushed away by fluid, effectively reducing maintenance costs.

Premium Material: Made of 304/316L stainless steel (also available in duplex steel, Hastelloy according to requirements), with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, suitable for harsh working conditions such as sewage, oil, and chemical media. The corrosion rate of 316L stainless steel in medium containing 200mg/L chloride ions is only 0.002mm/year, far superior to ordinary carbon steel.

High Filtration Precision: As a PRE Filter, the slot size (filtration rating) can be customized from 0.02mm (20μm) to 3mm (3000μm), with slot tolerance strictly in line with ISO standards, ensuring accurate and stable filtration effect. The wire diameter precision is controlled within ±0.02mm, and the slot uniformity error does not exceed 0.05mm.
